The Genebre Art2114 ductile iron grooved butterfly valve provides reliable flow control for industrial and fire protection systems. Gearbox-operated for precise handling, this valve combines robust construction with smooth operation, suitable for a range of piping applications from 2 1/2″ (73mm) to 8″ (219.1mm).

Manufactured from GGG40 (EN-GJS-400) ductile iron, the valve body features a RAL 3000 “fire red” epoxy coating both inside and out, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The valve conforms to API 609 standards, with grooved ends to AWWA C606 and face-to-face dimensions per MSS SP-67 (ASME B16.10). The disc is made from ductile iron with an EPDM coating for reliable sealing, while the stainless steel 416 stem with PTFE packing and EPDM O-rings ensures durability and tight operation.

The gearbox includes a manual handwheel, position indicator, and two limit switches (supervisory and auxiliary) with flying leads for electrical connection. Certified by UL & FM for fire protection, the valve is rated to 300 PSI (PN20) and suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 80°C.
