BR00 UPVC Backing Flange (Inch Nominal – Metric OD)

The BR00 UPVC backing flange is designed for use with stub flanges and backing rings to create secure, demountable flanged connections within metric OD UPVC pipe systems. Sized using inch nominal designations (1/2″ – 12″), it suits pipe outside diameters from 20mm to 355mm and provides a reliable solution for a wide range of pressure pipe installations.

Manufactured from durable unplasticised polyvinyl chloride to BS 4346-1 and conforming to DIN 8063, this flange offers excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and abrasion. Rated to 16 bar at 20°C and suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 60°C, it is ideal for water treatment, irrigation, chemical processing, and general industrial applications.
