The Jinan Meide 90° elbow is a heavy duty malleable iron pipe fitting with banded reinforcement, designed for robust industrial and process-piping systems. Cast in black (self-colour) malleable iron and featuring female BSPT taper threaded ends to ISO 7-1, it is designed for use with BS EN 10255 steel pipe & tube. Ideal for natural gas, heating, sprinkler systems, oil & diesel pipelines and other industrial fluid systems.

Manufactured to BS EN 10242:1995 by Jinan Meide and BSI Kitemarked, these fittings are not your run-of-the-mill malleables, they’re designed and rated for demanding service conditions. Available in sizes up to 6″ (150mm) nominal bore, they offer a maximum operating pressure of 25 bar (PN25) at up to 120°C and up to 300°C at 20 bar (PN20). The full operating temperature range is -20°C – 300°C. Fittings in this size range undergo a design test pressure of 100 bar (hydrostatic test at ambient temperature).
