Union Elbows

We offer a full range of HDG galvanised malleable iron 90 degree union elbows to BS EN 10242 from stock, this includes sizes 1/2" (15mm) - 3" (80mm) nominal bore as well as male/female and female/female versions. Our malleable iron unions elbows come with iron to iron cone seats and have all been manufactured to BS EN 10242:1995 by Jinan Meide, they also bear the BSI Kitemark.

All of the galvanised malleable iron fittings we offer come with BSP taper/taper threaded ends to ISO 7-1 and a 25 bar (PN25) pressure rating. The full operating temperature range for these union elbows is -20°C - 200°C. BS EN 10242 galvanised fittings are suitable for mediums such as non-potable water, unleaded fuels or compressed air among others, they’re often used with BS EN 10255 mild steel pipe.
