90 Degree Reducing Elbows

90 Degree reducing elbows in galvanised cast malleable iron can be supplied directly from stock for next business day delivery, these fittings are available in sizes between 3/8" x 1/4" - 2" - 1". All of our galvanised reducing elbows come with female BSPT taper threaded and banded ends, taper threads when installed using a little good quality jointing compound will create a strong, leak-free and long lasting seal.

These fittings are also PN25 pressure rated and BSI Kitemarked, the hot-dip galvanised finish protects the elbows against any potential corrosion or rusting which makes them suitable for outdoor usage as well as use on some applications which other non-galvanised fittings aren't suitable for.

These galvanised reducing fittings, just like all of our other malleable iron fittings have been manufactured to the BS EN 10242:1995 standard under strict quality control by Jinan Meide, they're one of the world largest producers of steel pipe fittings as well as an ISO9001 accredited manufacturer. Malleable iron pipe fittings are versatile enough to be installed on a huge number of systems when paired with steel tube to EN 10255 in either medium or heavy grades, the most common ones are non-portable water, compressed air, natural gas and fuel lines among others.

These galvanised malleable iron 90-degree reducing elbows are PN25 rated, meaning they're suitable for use at pressures up to 25 bar and have an operating temperature range of -20°C - 300°C. At pressures of 20 bar or more, the maximum temperature is reduced to 120°C.
