Barrel Nipples

A full range of black carbon steel sch80 barrel nipples to ASME B16.11 can be ordered here on our website, this includes sizes 1/8" (6mm) – 4" (100mm) nominal bore and lengths between 2" (50mm) – 6" (150mm). Our special length barrel nipples have been manufactured from ASTM A106 seamless carbon steel tube and conform to ASME B16.11:2016 and BS 3799:1974.

These tubular pipe fittings are available male BSPT threaded to BS EN 10226-1 (ISO 7-1) or NPT threaded to ASME B1.20.1, they’re also 3000lb/psi (206 bar) pressure rated with an operating temperature range of 0°C – 425°C. ASME B16.11 barrel nipples are ideal for high pressure and temperature installations such as hot-oil, fracking, petroleum or chemical systems.
