The ACO203-XL Comfort Line pressing tool from Novopress offers a handy battery powered alternative to the popular ECO301 that still offers the same capability to press fittings up to 108mm, the new design offer efficiency improvements over the previous ACO202-XL allowing this model to handle 40% more pressing cycles on a single charge. The ACO203-XL pressing tool was also developed to be compatible with most jaws on the market in addition to NovoPress jaws. Two adaptor jaws, the ZB221 and ZB222 have been specifically developed for the AC0203-XL so that it is able to press larger dimension fittings (64mm - 108mm).

For these applications, the pressing tool is equipped with a longer stroke of 80 mm with a constant force of 32 kN. Since it is not necessary to use the entire stroke for those applications the tool is equipped with a back stroke limit feature in order to speed up the installation process. The stroke will be shortened to 40mm and the pressings can be carried out in the same short time as you'd find using other ACO203 series machines. The rotatable head of the ACO203-XL makes it easier to work on installations in narrow or difficult to rearch areas and the finger protection, as well as the manual retention bolt and visual error indicator provide the necessary level of safety required while working with this tool.
