NovoPress M-Profile Press Machines ACO102

The NovoPress M-Profile press machines ACO102 will press metal from 15mm to 35mm and plastic to 40mm. Ergonomic design ensures easy handling and one-handed operation. The unit comes with status indication and a LED display and weighs only 1.7Kg including the 12v Lithium Ion battery. The maximum force exerted by the ACO102 is 19kN.

Each battery has the capacity to complete 40 to 180 presses per charge depending on the battery option purchased and a maximum charge time of 60 minutes. The NovoPress M-Profile press machines ACO203 is a new generation machine in press technology; allowing an installer to use this it over a wide range of sizes in metal from 15mm to 54mm (108mm depending on system). This latest product from NovoPress outperforms its predecessor by completing each press cycle 10% faster, with up 20% more pressings per battery charge. This very lightweight machine only weighs 2.8Kg including the 18v Milwaukee lithium Ion battery. The maintenance requirement for this product is two years but without limited numbers of press cycles, this is due to press force monitoring built into the device.

The battery charges up in less than an hour and is available in multiple capacities offering 80 or 160 press cycles per charge depending on the battery option purchased.
