Barrel Nipples

A complete range of industrial UPVC plastic barrel nipples can be supplied from stock, this includes pipe fittings in sizes between 3/8" (DN10) to 4" (DN100) nominal bore, all of which can be found and purchased below for delivery across the UK.

All of our UPVC barrel nipples come with a 10 bar (PN10) pressure rating which in combination with the excellent chemical and abrasion resistance of UPVC material makes these fittings suitable for a wide range of mediums, our plastic barrel nipples have all been manufactured to the BS 4346-1 standard for UPVC pipe and fittings by Comer or Onyx.

We offer two different UPVC barrel nipples, the first being the BN11, a standard barrel nipple in UPVC with male BSPT taper threaded ends to ISO 7-1 and BS EN 10226-1, the second is the BN12 which comes with plain solvent weld ends for use with UPVC solvent cement as well as BSPT taper threads. The operating temperature range for these industrial plastic pipe fittings is 0°C - 60°C.
