Class C ABS Plastic Pipe

We offer a full range of class C ABS plastic pressure pipe and tube, this includes sizes between 1" (DN25) and 8" (DN200) nominal bore all of which can be found below. Our ABS pipe and tube is manufactured to the BS 5391-1:2006 by Comer Italy or Onyx, this tube comes with plain ends for solvent welding and just like our plastic pipe fittings this can be done using our ABS solvent cement.

Class-C comes with the thinnest wall of all our ABS tube, in line with this it comes with an ambient pressure rating of 9 bar (PN9) and a full operating temperature range of -40°C - 70°C. All of our plastic tube including the range below is sold and supplied in 6-metre lengths, with the exception of 2 1/2" NB sizes though we offer a pipe cutting service if required. ABS pipe offers a smooth interior bore with excellent flow characteristics, it's also non-toxic and highly resistant to chemicals, impact, corrosion and erosion which makes this tube suitable for use with non-potable water, food production, low-temperature cooling, sewerage and more.
