Backnuts

Our current range of industrial ABS hexagon backnuts, also known as locknut is limited to a 1 1/2" (DN40) nominal bore version, these plastic backnuts have been manufactured to BS 5392-1:2006 by Comer Italy though on occasion we may supply an Onyx branded fitting instead.

Our ABS backnuts are female BSPP parallel threaded to the BS EN 10226-1 and ISO 7-1 standards, they're also 10 bar (PN10) pressure rated. The full operating temperature range for these plastic hexagon locknuts is -40°C - 80°C.
