C42 Clamp On Crossover

FastClamp C42 clamp on crossovers allow new structures to be added to existing handrail structures at a 90-degree angle without the need for any disassembly or pipe cutting, we offer these fittings below in sizes 3/4" (20mm) - 1 1/2" (40mm) nominal bore. All of our handrail fittings from FastClamp are cast from malleable iron and conform to the BS EN 1562:2012 standard, they also come with a hot-dip galvanised finish.

These clamp-on crossovers have been designed for use with galvanised handrail tubes with dimensions conform with the BS EN 10255 standard (previously BS1387), the tube should be plain ended in medium or heavy wall thickness. During installation the fitting is placed over the existing structure, then the new handrail tube can be passed through the fitting, then by tightening the included grub screw with a hexagon/Allen key or wrench the pipes are pushed together securing them.
