Reducing Sets
Brass 3-piece internal reducing sets for compression fittings are available here, our range includes sizes up to 54mm x 42mm from MasterFlow. The reducing set replaces the existing (larger) compression olive/ferrule, adapting the fitting for use with smaller diameter tube. These reducing sets are WRAS approved and conform to BS EN 1254-2:1998.
Brass compression fittings are ideal for hot & cold water, compressed air, gas and more, they require no soldering or special tools for installation, simply tighten the compression nut. Compression fittings, depending on size, are rated for up to 25 bar (PN25) pressure and have an 85°C maximum operating temperature.
