Genebre Art5115 Carbon Steel Wafer Ball Valves

We offer the full range of Genebre Art5115 actuated carbon steel wafer ball valves, they’re based on the Art2115 and can be ordered here on our website in sizes up to 4” (100mm) nominal bore. These actuated wafer ball valves can be used with DIN PN16 flanges, they come with built-in heating chamber, ASTM A105 carbon steel body, stainless steel 304 ball and PTFE seats. The Genebre Art5115 wafer ball valve is rated for use at up to 16 bar pressure.

All of these actuated wafer type ball valves are assembled to order, they come with an Art5800 GNP pneumatic actuator which is fitted using an intermediate bracket. These aluminium actuators use a rack and pinion mechanism and are available as double acting or spring return. Spring return actuators can be set as normally closed or normally open, we recommend using compressed air to drive these actuators, though most inert gases will work just fine.
